Cancellations and Refunds
The cancellation of a contracted service must be notified in writing. If the cancellation occurs after full payment for the contracted service, the percentage of deductions to be applied by the company is as follows:
Cancellation 48 days or more before the tour: 50%
Cancellation 24 hours or less before the tour: 100%
Limitation of Liability
Participation in the tours requires a good overall state of health, as they involve walking and off-road vehicle rides. Any physical limitations, as well as allergies and special dietary requirements, must be communicated in writing to White & Green International Travel at the time of making the reservation.
